We are delighted to present a new study, which was elaborated by Bendetta Brambilla, Dr. Nadzeya Kalbaska, and Prof. Lorenzo Cantoni in cooperation with the European Travel Commission on the communication of gastronomy on ETC members’ official websites. In detail, it analyses the phenomenon of food tourism, specifically how ETC member countries promote the presence of gastronomic attractions at their destinations.
